Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local Delivery
We do not offer free local delivery.
Deliveries are made according to the availability of the courier company in your area.
In-Store Pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup, only home delivery.
International Shipping
We ship our products to the following countries:
United States, Canada, Spain, France, Germany, Australia.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties (including VAT), which are added once the order reaches the destination country. Vestoer Shop is not responsible for these charges, if applicable, as they are the customer’s responsibility.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number so you can follow the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive your order within 90 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@vestoer.shop, including your name and order number so we can investigate the issue.
If available, include a link where customers can track their order.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes. If this applies to any carrier we use, please review the specific carrier’s policy and make sure to provide a valid physical delivery address.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, provided the item has not been used and is in its original condition. A refund will be issued for the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vestoer.shop, including your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We evaluate each case individually but always strive to offer a satisfactory solution to our customers.
